1) Disrespecting any staff is NOT allowed.
2) Acting like an admin OR changing your name to an admin's name is NOT allowed.
3) Spamming or advertising in any form is NOT allowed.
4) Racism, homophobia, public attacks, sexist remarks, politics, religion is NOT allowed while in voice or public chats.
5) Do NOT spread toxic rumors, wrong info, or gossip about LaZarus with ill intent!
6) You are NOT allowed to post or talk about anything NSFW 18+ in any chats, due to Discords TOS. If you must trash talk, keep it in BANTER CHAT ONLY. However, Provoked mutual toxicity in voice chats is allowed, but as soon as one party says that's enough then it needs to END!
7) No Cheating (Using Nvidia Inspector, ESP/Aimbot, Doxing Players, or Scripting).
8) Anyone with a CFT account is NOT permitted to post CFT info about player accounts in public spaces (In-Game, Discord). Make a ticket if you feel that a player should be reviewed by this server.
9) LaZarus will not share any evidence with any player under any circumstances. We ONLY share evidence with Helheim, Owners and Companions Ban lists.
10) LaZarus will compensate those affected by cheaters with a fair value amount of your kit, with video evidence ONLY.
11) IF YOU SUSPECT ANYONE OF CHEATING, YOU MUST CLIP WHATEVER EVIDENCE THAT YOU HAVE AND MAKE A TICKET. DO NOT ACCUSE OR CALL ANYONE OUT IN ANY CHATS, IN-GAME, DISCORD, OR POST ANY EVIDENCE OR YOU WILL BE TEMP BANNED.
12) ANYONE WHO FAILS TO REPORT OTHERS WHO ARE CHEATING WILL BE PERMABANNED FOR CHEATER AFFILIATION.
13) We adhere to zero-tolerance cheater policy for our discord and all of our gaming servers. If you have a VAC, Battle Eye, Server ban, and/or ANY game/publisher ban on any current or pervious account, you MUST make a ticket in CREATE A TICKET and request to play here. We randomly review accounts and if there are any findings before you have asked for permission to play here, you will automatically be kicked from the server and banned. In some sporadic cases, or lack of evidence, we will give players a second chance depending on many factors, but they will be decided by our team when the request is made. We do share a global ban list with with Helheim, Owners and Companions as well, and if verified with them, we will never unban you.
14) Please don't ping @ADMIN in Discord or in-game, unless it's an emergency the server is down or you will be muted. If there is no response, we will answer when available. We have our own lives, and do this for free whenever we're available, so please be patient. However, you are allowed to @OWNER or @Director of Security for whatever reason, but we might not get to you ASAP.
15) Any false Information provided and found will be an automatic ban. @ADMIN has the final say regarding any tickets or situations made in-game or in Discord. However, if you feel your ticket was dismissed, you may create a new ticket for the @OWNER and report any @ADMIN.
16) You MUST use recording software at all times so that you can clip incidents such as Base Raids, PvP Battles, Vehicle Glitches, and/or Reporting Other Players. Our team will always ask you for video proof 1st whenever we're looking into any situation so that we have a clear understanding of the situation.
